Seller and order acceptance
Before accepting orders, PYLO will identify the legal seller, business address and support contact, and explain when an order becomes accepted. An order summary and confirmation will state the items, total price and delivery details.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other fees must be disclosed before payment. Available payment methods and the timing of charges will be stated at checkout. No payment information is collected by this preview checkout.
Shipping and delays
Shipping destinations and estimated shipment dates will be disclosed before purchase. For orders covered by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, the seller must have a reasonable basis for the advertised shipment time, or shipment within 30 days if no time is stated. If shipment cannot occur on time, the seller must provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options in accordance with the Rule.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
The voluntary return window, item condition requirements, return-shipping responsibility, cancellation process and refund method have not yet been set. They must be clearly disclosed before any purchase. No “final sale” restriction is established by this preview. Applicable statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unshipped goods are not waived.
